Edelman Canada has launched a new website at EdelmanNews.ca. The site is intended to deliver news from the agency's clients to media, commentators and the general public as directly as possible. This material can include social media content, press releases, videos and interview opportunities, among other options. The information is searchable by client, topic, geography or person. The site also includes an RSS feed and a Twitter account.
The Toronto-based Business News Network has redesigned its website at BNN.ca. The new site features upgraded user tools and a larger amount of business and programming information, including TSX sectors, US stock data, 52-week high-low comparisons, a community page with social networking features, profiles of and blogs by program hosts, as well as improved navigation and a new search function. "The combination of a strong BNN.ca, live television and in-depth reports, plus availability on Bell Mobile TV means the BNN audience can access the best business news when it happens, no matter where they are," said Jack Fleischmann, general manager of BNN. "Having established ourselves as the leading source for financial news, we will continue to move forward in developing our site with the latest technologies and resources."
