Molson conducts Seize the Summer contest

Molson has begun an online contest promotion called "Seize the Summer" in support of its Molson Canadian brand. The contest makes use of an application available to Facebook and smartphone users. When consumers engage in various summer activities, they receive virtual badges to post on their Facebook pages. Each badge enters the consumer into a draw for one of 16 cross-country trips. The contest will run until Aug. 27. "Molson Canadian is the beer that helps people embrace the freedom of the great outdoors," said John Francis, brand manager for Molson Canadian. "Our Seize the Summer app rewards Canadians for making the most of what our country has to offer."
