WestJet breaks new campaign
By Adnews Staff
Calgary-based airline WestJet has begun a new advertising campaign called "I care-antee it." The campaign consists of a series of videos posted on YouTube featuring company employees pledging to provide a high level of customer service. This material will also be used in a national campaign of television commercials. "This campaign acknowledges that the success of our airline is rooted in the efforts of the more than 7,500 WestJetters across the country," said Gregg Saretsky, president and CEO of WestJet. "They are the stars who shine for us and the campaign reflects that. While the economy may have changed, WestJetters want to let our guests know that we appreciate their business and we remain as committed as ever to offering them a world-class guest experience."
