Canadian Athletes Now Fund conducts awareness campaign
The Canadian Athletes Now Fund has commissioned two new 30-second television commercials in an effort to raise awareness of and funds for the organization. The ads, called "Job" and "Stacked Up," seek to educate viewers about the need to provide emotional and financial support to amateur athletes. The campaign was developed pro bono by BBDO Toronto. The first ad broke during the Olympic Games and is running on media space donated by Shaw Cablesystems. The second ad will be released on April 1 and will run into 2011.
