Cooper joins Astral Media Outdoor

Astral Media Outdoor has appointed Joanne Cooper to the position of sales director in Vancouver. She will oversee sales for the company's outdoor digital network in that city. Cooper was most recently a senior account executive at CBS. Prior to that she worked at Pattison Outdoor.
