Hill & Knowlton adds four in Ottawa

Hill & Knowlton of Ottawa has hired Elizabeth Roscoe as senior vice-president and deputy public affairs practice leader. She was most recently a senior strategist at the Canadian Association of Broadcasters. Roch Charron has been hired as an account director in the Ottawa procurement unit. He previously worked for Alenia North America. Chris Vivone has joined the agency's public affairs division as an account director. He was previously director of government relations for the Railway Association of Canada. Prior to that, he was a senior policy advisor to former Finance Minister Ralph Goodale. Jean Perras has joined the firm as a senior counsellor. He is the outgoing mayor of Chelsea and warden of the Outaouais regional municipality.
