CIBC breaks new national campaign

Toronto-based CIBC began a new national television advertising campaign this week. The three 30-second commercials depict 28 employees of the bank describing "who they are here for." The ads are running during popular prime time network programs in English and French. "The most important part of our brand is our people, their commitment, their passion and what they do on behalf of our clients every day," said Stephen Forbes, executive vice-president of marketing, communications and public affairs at CIBC. "We see this campaign as a huge opportunity to engage our clients by showcasing the personal stories of our employees in their own words."
