OnTrack Network has signed an advertising sales representation agreement with Consumer Media Solutions of Toronto. OnTrack telecasts horse races to approximately 1,100 venues in North America. According to Phil Goddard of Consumer Media Solutions, horse racing fans constitute "an audience looking for screens versus screens looking for an audience. These people are glued to the races on the screens and are a captive audience for marketers."
