Toronto-based Scott Thornley & Company has created a new website for McClelland & Stewart to promote the new Margaret Atwood novel, The Year of the Flood. The site, located at <http://www.yearoftheflood.com>, promotes both the book and the performance tour Atwood is conducting in support of it. The site features sections aimed at Canada, the US, the UK and Germany. It follows the environmental themes of the book and includes material from the author's blog and Twitter feed. It also includes a store that sells t-shirts and tote bags, also designed by Scott Thornley. Visitors are also invited to upload videos of themselves performing the hymns from the book.
