Lastman's Bad Boy retains Top Drawer Creative

Toronto-based furniture retailer Lastman's Bad Boy has hired Top Drawer Creative, also based in Toronto, as its agency of record. "With the recent economic climate, we are seeing opportunities to speak to style-conscious shoppers who are now looking for top-quality furniture at a reasonable price point," said company CEO Blayne Lastman. "Top Drawer demonstrated a clear vision of how we can build sustainable growth, and a proven track record of doing so for their other blue chip retail clients, and that gave us the confidence to move ahead." Top Drawer has developed a new campaign for the chain aimed primarily at women and using the tagline, "Live Large, Spend Small." The campaign, consisting of print, television, radio and online advertising, as well as flyers, will begin on Oct. 7.
