Casino Rama conducts election campaign
By Adnews Staff
Casino Rama has begun an advertising campaign called "The Vote." The promotion takes the form of an election campaign involving two candidates; one a daredevil whose position is "Yes for excitement," the other a security guard whose position is "No for excitement." The 15-week campaign consists of radio and television commercials for each candidate, as well as billboards, wrapped buses, branded cars with loudspeakers, a website at <http://www.casinoramavote.com>, street-level promotion and various social media activities. The campaign was developed by Marshall Fenn Communications. "It will evolve over the summer to reflect the transitions that political campaigns go through," said Oren Tal, vice-president at Marshall Fenn. "The use of new media and the total online integration with traditional media is a first for Casino Rama and for the gaming industry in Canada. The approach is also unique because we are not focusing on any specific attribute of Casino Rama such as gaming and concerts, but rather on the total experience of excitement."
