Mandarin Restaurants hires Punch

The Toronto-based Mandarin Restaurant Franchise Corporation has hired Punch Canada to promote a special offer it will make available on July 1 to mark the chain's 30th anniversary. On that day, the chain's 21 locations in Ontario will offer free meals to its customers. Punch will develop a communications program intended to attract media coverage of the promotion.
