Greater Toronto Airports Authority hires Grey Canada

The Greater Toronto Airports Authority has retained Grey Canada as its marketing agency of record for the next three years. The firm won the account in a competitive process that considered proposals from 21 agencies. "Grey Canada's relevant travel industry experience and global network provide a synergy to the GTAA's strategic objective of building a gateway brand that represents the hub of international travel in Canada," said Ron Caughlin, marketing director for the authority. "The agency presented a strong case study guided by a sound strategic process, powerful value proposition and impactful creative direction. They presented integrated tactical solutions that leveraged traditional and new media, and also demonstrated proficient measurement capabilities." The authority manages and operates Toronto Pearson International Airport.
