Quebec bingo halls conduct campaign

Montreal-based LXB Communication Marketing has developed a television advertising campaign for the Société des bingos du Québec, an organization that conducts marketing for Quebec-based bingo halls. The campaign promotes a $150,000 grand prize that can be won at participating bingo establishments. "One hundred and fifty thousand dollars is plenty to get excited about, and that's exactly how the creative team approached communicating this very simple message," said Pier Lalonde, senior creative director at LXB. "A young woman wins, she can't believe it and starts dancing with joy, to the shock and delight of the other players. We focused on a simple production, stripped bare to the maximum, making sure we had a sound environment that really stood out on TV." The campaign is supported by posters and point-of-purchase materials.
