Glentel conducts Love the Phone campaign

Mobile phone retailer Glentel of Burnaby, BC has begun a national consumer media campaign in support of its WirelessWave chain of stores. The campaign, called "Love the Phone," is aimed at younger cell phone users. The creative encourages consumers who are bored of their phones to upgrade to new models that reflect their personalities. The campaign, developed by Grey Canada of Vancouver, consists of two television commercials and six radio ads, along with print and online advertising and flyers. "The smart, youthful and comprehensive campaign is enabling the successful WirelessWave brand to continually resonate with its younger audiences," said Ann Nurock, president and CEO of Grey Canada.
