Enzyme forms agreement with XTC World Innovation
Montreal-based food and health marketing agency Enzyme has signed a partnership agreement with XTC World Innovation, a company that specializes in the international monitoring of retail food trends. Enzyme will be XTC's exclusive North American associate in the development, marketing and representation of its services. "There's no place on supermarket shelves for new products that do not provide any added value," said Enzyme president Frederic Blaise. "More than ever, processors need finely tuned innovation strategies if they are going to meet consumer needs and expectations. Consumers today are increasingly informed and, as a consequence, more and more demanding in their search for products that have the features they want.
