TransLink hires Tribal DDB

The South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority has hired Tribal DDB of Vancouver to redesign its website at <http://www.translink.bc.ca>. The agency won the assignment in a competitive pitch process involving seven other agencies. "After meeting the team at Tribal DDB Canada, we knew they possessed the best creative and strategic skill set to help us redesign our site and transform its focus from being corporate to customer-centric," said Janet King, corporate marketing manager at TransLink. The new site will provide information on fares, schedules and trip planning, as well as a blog and a newsletter. The site is expected to launch in January 2009.
