National Public Relations hires two
National Public Relations of Toronto has appointed Ben Chin vice-president of media strategy. The position includes traditional and online media strategy, media relations, communications training and issues and crisis management. Chin was previously the senior media adviser to Dalton McGuinty in the Office of the Ontario Premier. Prior to that he was a journalist at the CBC, CTV and Citytv. Carolyn Ray has been appointed vice-president of employee engagement. She will collaborate with the company's communications, human resources and senior management staff to develop programs that will improve workforce engagement. Ray previously led the global internal brand engagement practice at Interbrand.
