Last.fm has signed an online advertising sales representation agreement with UpTrend Media of Toronto. UpTrend will handle Canadian advertising and sponsorships for the site. Last.fm specialized in streaming music. "Our hugely successful free-on-demand service is creating fantastic opportunities for advertisers to reach a highly engaged, growing, passionate music community, and we believe UpTrend Media is the perfect partner to help us get that message across," Said Martin Stiksel, co-founder of Last.fm.
