Sympatico/MSN has promoted Joe Strolz to the position of director of strategy and media sales in Toronto. He will manage the sales staff in that city in addition to his existing strategy work. Shira Biderman and Brett Pearson have been promoted to the position of associate director of media sales in Toronto.
