Formula Media Group, based in Oakville, ON, has launched a new magazine called Suburban Life. The publication is aimed at 210,000 homeowners in southwestern Ontario. The magazine will be distributed six time per year along with various community newspapers in the Golden Horseshoe region. It is aimed at readers between the ages of 35 and 55 with children. Its content will include home and garden stories, entertaining advice, travel, fashion, finance and fitness. "We are confident that advertisers will want to reach these homeowners with their advertising message," said publisher Brad Rome. "We have cherry-picked households with an average income of about $1118,000. These are people who like to be busy and have money to spend on their home, vehicles, leisure and entertainment." Diane Tierney has been appointed editor of the magazine. Formula Media Group is a division of Metroland Media Group.
