Holmes Creative Communications promotes three, hires one

Toronto-based public relations agency Holmes Creative Communications has promoted Chris McDowall to the position of vice-president. He has spent the last six years as director of client services. Prior to joining the company, McDowall was marketing and promotions director for Toronto radio stations CHFI and 680News. Samantha Taus and Tiffany Astle have been promoted to the position of director. Taus will continue to work on the accounts of The Juno Awards, Marblemedia and Travel Alberta. Astle will work on the accounts of the Songwriters' Hall of Fame, The Genie Awards and the Niagara Wine Auction. Adrienne Kakoullis has joined the agency as a director. She was most recently senior publicist for Global Television.
