Jetstar Group, Mogul Media Group form Campus Intercept

The Jetstar Group and the Mogul Media Group have formed a joint venture called Campus Intercept, an agency specializing in marketing to post-secondary students on school campuses nationally. The company's services will include advertising, promotional activities and research. Jetstar specializes in marketing initiatives tied to the music and entertainment industries. Mogul operates the Campus Life magazine and website. The magazine will be modified to provide more brand integration and will go into national distribution with its March 2008 issue. "Now that the magazine is established, and has a strong connection and relevancy with the target, we feel it is time to take the next step," said Shaheen Yazdani, vice-president of the company. "We found a great symbiotic fit between Mogul Media Group and Jetstar. This was the right partner and the right timing for us. Both partners will be able to offer added value to our collective network of clients." Mogul co-founder Andrew Au has been appointed president of Campus Intercept.
