Panasonic Canada has signed an agreement with Alpine Canada Alpin to become the organization's exclusive consumer electronics sponsor. Alpine Canada Alpin is the governing body for alpine ski racing in this country. Under the terms of the deal, Panasonic will provide computers, audio-visual equipment and digital cameras to the Canadian Alpine Ski Teams and ACA staff.
