By Adnews Staff
Toronto-based Titan Worldwide Canada has installed two new wall banners at the Toronto Grace Health Center which the company is describing as "the world's first eco-friendly signage." The banners, which are 50 feet high by 20 feet wide, are made of a new material that is designed to degrade within five years after reaching a landfill without releasing toxic content. Telus will be the first advertiser to make use of the new signage. "Titan is extremely pleased and excited to take the first step toward environmental stability in Canada's out-of-home advertising business," said Jörg Cieslok, executive vice-president of Titan Worldwide Canada. "We are looking forward to continuing to lead the industry's effort in good corporate citizenship here in Canada as well as in all of Titan's other global markets."
