Ellis joins Hill & Knowlton Canada

Hill & Knowlton Canada of Ottawa has hired Gary Ellis as a consultant in its crisis communications unit. Ellis is a former superintendent of the Toronto Police Service. He has also held command positions with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, where he focused on international organized crime and counter-terrorism.
