Montreal-based NetWorldMedia, a French-language online advertising network, has signed a representation agreement with Gorilla Nation of Los Angeles, also an online advertising network. Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will aggregate their inventories, which will then be represented in Canada by both firms. "Several of our Canadian clients have been asking us to make media space available for their English-language market," said Gino Coutu, president and CEO of NetWorldMedia. "After several months of research and negotiation, Gorilla Nation appeared to be most in line with our philosophy of representing high quality sites, plus having a professional sales team who can be out in the field proposing specific solutions for the precise needs of our advertisers." NetWorldMedia sells advertising on approximately 200 sites, while Gorilla Nation represents approximately 500 sites.
