Zoom Media buys half of Fashion Frame

Montreal-based out-of-home media company Zoom Media has acquired a 50% equity stake in Fashion Frame, also based in Montreal. Fashion Frame operates an inventory of advertising displays in the changing rooms of approximately 600 clothing stores in Quebec and Ontario.Zoom Media will provide sales, operations and traffic services for the company and work to expand its coverage nationally. Fashion Frame will continue to operate under its current name."Fashion Frame is the ideal complement to our existing targeted networks and the new partnership will allow clients to efficiently reach their targets with only one phone call," said Andy Querin, president Zoom Media. No financial details are available.
