NASCAR Canada conducts Montreal contest

NASCAR Canada has begun a contest promotion, the winner of which will receive a trip for two to the inaugural NASCAR Busch Series race in Montreal on Aug. 4. The contest is being conducted in association with the Budweiser brand, which is distributed in Canada by Labatt. Consumers can enter the draw at participating East Side Mario's restaurants nationally. Two winners will receive trips, which will include airfare, accommodations, race tickets, pre-race access to the track and $500. The contest is being promoted with a campaign including 30-second commercials and billboards during NASCAR broadcasts on TSN, as well as ads during weekly syndicated radio show Raceline Radio. Print ads in the Toronto Sun, Ottawa Sun and Inside Track Motorsport News are also running. NASCAR Canada is a joint venture of NASCAR and TSN.
