NetShelter hires Jesse

Toronto-based online advertising representation company NetShelter has appointed Ann Jesse to the newly-created position of sales manager for its west and central territories in the US. Jesse was previously national sales director of emerging accounts and markets for the electronics group at CMP Technology. Before that, she was national sales director for two CMP publications.
