AdFarm buys Issues Ink consulting division

Calgary-based AdFarm has acquired the consulting division of Issues Ink, a consulting and publishing firm based in Winnipeg. No financial details are available. AdFarm will use the acquisition to expand its own consulting division, which specializes in agribusiness. Robynne Anderson, the president of Issues Ink, will move to AdFarm along with Issues Ink staff members Heidi Dancho, Kelly Green and Lindy Norris. “Partnering with Robynne and the Issues Ink team allows us to continue building a strong base to expand our insights into agriculture, food and the bio-economy,” said AdFarm president and chairman Roger Reierson. Issues Ink remains a separate entity and will continue to publish Germination, Seed World, Spud Smart and Flavourful.
