The Toronto Real Estate Board has hired Zync, also based in Toronto, to conduct a communication audit of the board and develop a long-range communication strategy for the organization. The board selected Sync from among a number of unidentified agency that responded to a request for proposals issued in December. “It was clear to the selection committee that Zync had the experience and creative thinking to help us look openly at the effectiveness of our communication practices,” said board president Dorothy Mason. “With our industry in one of its healthiest markets ever, we are focused on making sure our members, employees and the public have access to the most current information and communication tools that fit their particular needs.” The Toronto Real Estate Board is a not-for-profit corporation that represents 24,000 licensed real estate brokers and salespersons in the Greater Toronto Area.
