B Magazine debuts in Toronto

Toronto-based Star Media Group and Paper City Mag have launched a new publication called B Magazine. The free, monthly publication will cover the wellness and beauty industries. With a circulation of 50,000, the magazine will be distributed through street boxes and Gateway Newsstand locations in the Greater Toronto Area, as well as through some salons and spas. The publication is aimed primarily at women aged 25 to 55. The magazine’s co-editors are Jayne Hobbs and Maddy Dennett, founders of the Canadian Network of Make-up Artists. “This magazine will give readers the opportunity to have their finger on the pulse of what’s happening in the beauty industry right here at home and across the globe,” said Hobbs. “We will be providing readers with a full spectrum of the helpful information they want, including tips, news, reviews and advice on all aspects of beauty, anti-aging and wellness.” Star Media is a division of Toronto Star Newspapers.
