Clear Channel Outdoor to handle advertising at Vancouver International Airport

The Vancouver International Airport Authority has assigned its airport advertising concession to Clear Channel Outdoor. The agreement includes operations, marketing and sales for the signage and product display areas at the Vancouver International Airport. The eight-year agreement will begin in March of 2007. Clear Channel has handled sales representation for the authority in eastern Canada for six years. “Our plans for the Vancouver Airport call for refurbishing existing signage and launching additional airport advertising products like CBC News Express to make the airport a more exciting advertising environment,” said Alan High, vice-president operations and marketing at Clear Channel Outdoor.
