Marchand becomes chair of ICA

The Toronto-based Institute of Communications and Advertising has appointed Brett Marchand to the position of chair for a one-year term. Marchand is the senior vice-president and managing director of Cossette Communication Group. He takes over the post from Peter Shier, who has moved to the position of past chair.
