International news: Visa Germany

Visa has begun an online campaign in Germany as part of its “Love every day” ad campaign. The initiative was developed by Saatchi & Saatchi. German visitors to the website <> can remix the Robbie Williams song “Sin Sin Sin” and enter their interpretations of the song in a series of competitions for prizes. Users can also download their songs as ringtones. The technology which allows users to manipulate the music was provided by, which is operated by Digimpro. “Online activity will increasingly be at the centre of campaigns,” said Harry Otto, project leader at Saatchi & Saatchi. “Visa, as the official payment partner of, needs to appear as an authentic partner within the target group. We wanted to feature something exclusive from the artist, and which is only available at the promotional website. We chose technology as it is designed to give our target group something new and fun, but most importantly something that will really hold their attention.”
