Consumer Impact Marketing adds three

Consumer Impact Marketing of Toronto has appointed Karen Poncelet director of new business development. She was previously director of customer marketing at Sobey’s. Pascale Renaud has joined the agency as regional manager of eastern Canada. He was previously a category manager at Couche-Tard. René Lacerte has been hired as national client manager. Lacerte has previously held management positions at grocery retailer Métro and Jean Coutu.
