Interactive agency Rare Method of Calgary has hired eight new employees. Fritz Tolentino, previously interactive art director at Trigger Communications, has joined Rare Method as an art director. David Nagy has been hired as a search engine optimization Specialist. He was formerly an asset management analyst at IBM Canada. Hugh Burnham has been hired as an online marketing strategist. He was previously at Critical Mass as an e-marketing manager. Genevieve Kelly, who has previously worked at Blast Radius and Adbusters, has joined Rare Method as a designer. Evan Mounsey, formerly technical lead at Trigger Communications, has been hired as an ActionScript programmer. David Duncan has been hired as an account manager. He was previously an online business strategist at Market2worldinc.com. Chris Staley has been appointed team leader of programming. Staley was most recently a senior developer at Commerx. Heather Rabatich has been hired as an account coordinator. She was formerly a marketing and communications specialist at Fraser Milner Casgrain.
