Initiative adds seven

Media services company Initiative has added several new staff members in Toronto and Montreal. Debbie Hoover has joined the firm as group account director. Marie-Claude Roussel has also been appointed group account director. Eric Menard has been hired as account supervisor. Both will work in Montreal. Laura Lewandowski has joined the company as senior planner. Cassandra Salz has been hired as traffic assistant. Khoa Nguyen has been appointed financial accounting manager. Jarrod Charron has been hired as assistant planner.
