VON Canada begins home care awareness campaign

Ottawa-based national health organization VON Canada has begun an advertising campaign intended to raise awareness of the importance of home-based healthcare and its own activities in that area. The campaign, which uses the tagline, “Touching lives since 1897,” is intended to communicate to viewers the organization’s range of home care and community services. The rebranding effort also includes a new logo, along with print and television advertising. Radio advertising will be added to the campaign at a later date. The TV commercial describes the case of a man named Jim who is able to put his wheelchair up for sale after getting through a medical condition with the support of VON.
