Bell Business Solutions forms agreements with two Web marketing firms

Bell Business Solutions has formed alliances with two companies as part of a move into Web-based marketing products. Offermatica of San Francisco provides marketing optimization services for retailers, direct marketers, and other online businesses. Bell will use this company's services to offer its clients behavioural analysis, attitudinal analysis and multivariate testing of their Internet activities. The intention is to permit clients to test their online activities for maximum return on investment. IPerceptions of Montreal specializes in measuring online customer relationship satisfaction. The resulting data can then be used to optimize a client's website.
