Strategic Objectives promotes three

Toronto-based public relations agency Strategic Objectives has promoted Debra Quinn from vice-president to senior vice-president. She will continue to work on planning, new business development and counsel to a number of consumer and health and wellness clients. Michael Abbass and Michael Shipticki have been promoted to vice-president. Abbass joined the firm in 2000. His account include the Interac Association, Kraft and Cadbury Adams. Shipticki has lead the agency's corporate and business marketing communications divisions for eight years.
