PLATFORM GIVES PR TO HIGH ROAD

Platform Computing of Markham, Ont. handed its PR account to High Road Communications of Toronto this week. The agency won the business after a competition with three other agencies. "High Road has gained a strong reputation within the technology industry by executing results-driven PR campaigns," PR manager Tanya Pobuda says in a release. "They possess superior U.S. and Canadian media relations capabilities which will be used to introduce Platform to our key markets throughout North America." The agency will handle PR activities in Canada and the U.S. Platform markets workload management software. Its LSF Suite enables users to manage and support business-critical workloads in distributed heterogeneous computing environments. It is used by more than 600 major corporations worldwide.
