THE GAP ROCKS INTO A NEW CAMPAIGN
By Adnews Staff
The Gap of San Francisco is promoting its Gap khaki pants in its latest global TV campaign that began last week. In the first spot, skateboarders and in-line skaters dance, glide, twist and fly to alternative music. In the second spot, two couples break away from a crowd to demonstrate swing techniques to the vintage sounds of Louis Prima. In Canada, the TV ads will be supported with transit and billboard ads in major cities. The campaign was created in-house by the clothing retailer's U.S. headquarters.
