Idle Lifestyle becomes Generative AI Solutions

Vancouver-based Idle Lifestyle has undertaken a rebranding initiative. The company will now operate as Generative AI Solutions. According to the company, the new name better reflects its intended future focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning technology. In January, the company entered into a non-binding letter of intent to conduct a reverse takeover of AI technology company Ultron Capital. This transaction remains subject to various conditions, including shareholder approval.
