Underdog adds three

Toronto-based Underdog Studio has appointed Honey Lee to the position of managing director. She was previously head of North American strategy at shopper agency Barrows. Prior to that, she was managing director of Heat Pte. Derek Broad and Jono Lawley have joined the agency as creative directors. Broad most recently operated his own firm called Derek Broad Design. Prior to that, he was an associate creative director at Barrows. Lawley was previously a freelance filmmaker and a commercial director at The Corner Store Films.
