Fleming College releases holiday video

Fleming College of Peterborough, ON has released an online video intended to pay tribute to its students, staff, frontline workers and other local residents during the holiday season. The video depicts a collaboration by local artists including Greg Keelor of the band Blue Rodeo and other musicians from the Kawartha region performing a cover of the Louis Armstrong song “What A Wonderful World.”
“These musicians are very special people and our community is blessed to have such passionate talent,” said Maureen Adamson, president of Fleming College. “I could not be more proud of how we have led and navigated through the events of this year with safety as our guiding principle. My wish for everyone that watches this video is that they are reminded of the importance of friends, family and community, and that this inspires optimism for a wonderful 2021. We have every reason to be hopeful.”
