Uniboard readies online promotional event

Uniboard Canada, a manufacturer of engineered wood products and decorative surfaces based in Laval, QC, will conduct an online promotional event on Sept. 23. The event will take the form of a virtual tour of the company’s mill in Sayabec, QC, including the unveiling of a newly-installed press. The event will also include an interactive presentation of the brand’s new products for the upcoming year. The 20-minute event, which will take place at the Place des Arts in Montreal, will be made available through livestreaming mobile application Yoop. “As many of our industry’s physical events have been postponed and current conditions have prevented an in-person mill tour, we decided to bring Uniboard to the industry and present a VIP virtual tour of our Sayabec facility and our new Press Number Seven,” said James Hogg, president of Uniboard.
