Quebecor promotes one, adds one

Quebecor of Montreal has promoted Jean Péladeau to the position of general manager of data and advertising performance. He joined the company earlier this year as senior director of data management. Prior to that, Péladeau was director of digital advertising and media solutions at Videotron.

Hugo Dallaire has joined the company as senior director of client solutions and programmatic advertising. He was most recently director of strategic alliances and programmatic development at La Presse. Dallaire was also a senior account manager at District M and president of his own firm, Dallaire Communications.
