National launches new digital, marketing and technology practice

National Public Relations of Toronto has established a new unit that combines its existing digital, marketing and technology practices. According to the agency, the restructuring is intended to provide better integration of these services to clients. These services include digital marketing, online media strategy and relations, influencer relations, content development, social media strategy, community management and search engine marketing. The new practice will be headed by Erin Jacobson, senior vice-president and head of the former digital practice.

“Aligning these complementary business units will allow us to scale up rapidly to serve Canada’s largest and leading brands while also streamlining work for new clients entering our market,” said Jacobson. “By doubling down on these high-growth practice areas, National sends a strong signal both to prospective clients and to the industry that it is investing in the future.”
